One of the primary objectives of the Student Chapter is to encourage students to enter advertising as a career, and improve the quality of advertising education in order to strengthen the skills of future advertising practitioners. The student chapter is sponsored on a local level by the American Advertising Federation-Rio Grande Valley (AAF-RGV), a group comprised of members who are professionals in the above mentioned career fields. The American Advertising Federation-Rio Grande and the Student Advertising Federation are affiliated with the American Advertising Federation and the 10th District AAF.
